Lessons are prerecorded and are available at 1am PT on the following schedule:
Lesson 1 – Tuesday, June 17
Lesson 2 – Wednesday, June 18
Lesson 3 – Friday, June 20
Lesson 4 – Tuesday, June 24
Lesson 5 – Thursday, June 26
The Forums are now open! Participation is completely optional but can be the best way to stay connected with the lessons and each other. We’ve gotten feedback over the years that ours are some of the nicest forums around, so please join in if you can!
Our main group is at Facebook, but there is a small group for those not on Facebook who can interact via Padlet. (Please just choose one forum to post in to avoid double postings.) Here are the links… for FB, ask to join and we will get you in asap!

Please feel free to substitute with items you already have on hand!
• sketchbook
• pens
• pencils
• a selection of colored markers (any kind), colored pencils, etc.
• eraser (Any kind! But I like the the <a href=”https://www.jerrysartarama.com/vanish-four-in-one-eraser”>Vanish eraser</a>)
• 4-6 sheets of 11″x17″ paper (<a href=”https://www.dickblick.com/items/strathmore-300-sequential-series-bristol-pad-11-x-17-vellum-24-sheets/”>this series</a> is great for zine layouts, or you can use watercolor paper, etc.)
• scissors
• washi or masking tape
• a few sheets of legal size card stock or similar (for dummy)
• long-arm stapler or a <a href=”https://www.staples.com/bostitch-booklet-stapler-20-sheet-capacity-black-b440sb/product_202143″>saddle stapler</a>
optional: paper cutter
optional: card stock for printing your zine (amount to be determined by how many you would like to print)
