When you register with this button, you will pay a $1 fee the day you sign up, and then the first installment of $99 should automatically happen the next day. Then, the final payment ($99.00 each) will occur one month later.
(Sorry about the extra $1, but that was the only way I could figure out how to spread out the payments properly!)
